I really love this picture, and I'm not sure why. It's simple, but innocent in a way... I guess. Bah, I'm not good at interpreting my own pictures!

Ruki is, hands down, one of the best characters in Digimon--EVER.

Correction: Ruki is, hands down, one of the best characters ever.

Like Anna from Shaman King, Rei from Evangelion, or Rukia from Bleach, she is a badass female who you can't help but like. She's interesting, independent, and above all else, fiery. For me, she embodies something I admire in any girl. Conviction, willpower, and a backbone.

And she's... well, adorably cute. :bucktooth:

Very cute, just like the rest of your work. :D It's kinda funny because I like sketches with insane amounts of detail like does in his drawings, but then I like sketches that are more minimalistic like some of yours. There's a certain beauty to simplicity. Sometimes less really is more.

Very cute. I like the roundness of the face and head. :D I always have to flip my images to make sure the face looks right on both sides, but yours looks like it was done right to begin with. ;_;

Only suggestion I have is to maybe give her back more shape and depth. But then... if she's from Digimon, she's probably supposed to look more flat. In that case, nevermind. >.>

I think that's one reason I like this picture so much--I usually flip all of my pics, too (and usually need to fix most of them >.<;). This one just felt right, to me. ^^; Ah, slightly off on the back--I see. Heh, I'm not that great with bodies yet. I swear, I'ma gonna pracitce! ...I need an anatomy book.
